Our plan includes extensive research in the domain of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics through participation in global level competitions like RoboCup where we will put our research into testing and incorporate ideas from other teams who may have an edge in these particular domains.
Our team has already qualified for 3D Simulation league in Robocup, which was scheduled to take place in June 2020 in Borduex, France which is now postponed to June 2021. We have aligned ourselves with the ultimate aim of RoboCup Federation which is making a team of autonomous agents by 2050 which will be able to compete against the team of 11 humans in the soccer sport.
This subsystem handles the decision making, path planning, coordination with piles of dry and efficient code to make such an autonomous system that will be ready to achieve targets on its own.
Circuits and everything related to circuits is handled by this subsystem. Power management, control signals are just a few of the many things, this subsystem deals with. Works closely with Mechanical and Software subsystems.
The wheels, the chassis, every physical structure except the circuits are beautifully crafted by this subsystem. A lot of efforts are made by this team to make the design as robust as possible. They make possible the journey from simulation tests to actual physical structures.
This subsystem is responsible for reaching out to people who share a common interest in the work we do or to the people who can promote our work and offer a helping hand to us to continue doing wonders
We are planning to extend our participation to RoboCup Small size League. Stay tuned for updates!
We participated in our first ever international competition, Virtual Offenburg Tournament. We are happy to announce that we ranked 10th in this tournament. A year ago, three pre-final years saw a dream of creating a research society in the domains of AI and robotics and now that dream has been realised. Our learning curve is growing steadily as visible from the scoreboard since we were able to demonstrate similar scores in many matches. Our next target is the virtual tournament TBD soon where we would be again testing our research so far.
